The Artistic Production Assistant will work with the Artistic Production team, overseeing the Creative process of content development and all forms of creative execution, and acting as information bridge between the worlds of Creative, Production and Operations departments.
- Key tasks:
- Support in drafting the internal documents for the exchange of information (presentations, breakdowns, agendas etc.)
- Attend the Creative Meetings
- Support with the creation of visual and written researches
- Write minutes of the meetings
- Support with Spanish translations
- Willing to learn about the needs and processes of Live Event and Ceremonies
- Proactive and precise
- Teamplayer
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint
