This role in summary


As an Intern supporting our Spare Part Warehouse you will have the opportunity to know the Whirlpool Consumer Service, understand the Operations behind it and collaborate with our EMEA Supply Chain team. You will support our Quality and Process team in the warehouse and in particular you will work on continuous improvement of spare parts flow from Inbound to Outbound to our consumer.

Your responsibilities will include


  • Support our team to improve quality processes and reduce packaging and quality claims
  • Define and improve new KPI
  • Support our operational activities
  • Drive autonomously and effectively some of the main projects of our warehouse
  • Collaborate with CS Supply Chain central team


Minimum requirements


Are you:


  • a Master Degree student or fresh graduate in Management Engineering or Economics?
  • a good user of Office package/Google Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets?
  • a strong team player with good interpersonal relations skills with a high willingness to learn?
  • an analytical person with problem solving skills and with attention to details with an out of the box attitude?
  • a proficient Italian & English speaker, maybe with some international experience?
