As a member of the HR team, the Talent acquisition and development Expert is responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to the company. He/she will be responsible for the sourcing and recruiting workflows and best practices, training strategy and execution, and recruiter adoption of tools and processes, creating the best user experience possible while hiring top talent at scale. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDJOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with key HR talent professionals regarding staff skills development, succession, and resource management • In collaboration with HR BP, write an accurate and effective job description to attract the best candidates and define expectations for the interview process. • Develop and release job postings on a variety of platforms, such as social media and job boards • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and other candidate relationships • Support and drive diversity and inclusion efforts in alignment with Company’s strategy • Act as the primary interviewer during the job interview process and advise managers on candidate selection • Give a strong support in implementing the Employer Branding Strategy • Take care of the onboarding process of the new joiners, helping them to know Company’s culture, policies, procedures, tools and way of working in order to make them quickly effective and successful in their job • Retain high-performing and talented people, reducing fluctuation rate and increasing the global level of employees’ satisfaction & motivation • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations • Deploy a wide variety of training methods • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them • Manage training budget • Provide opportunities for ongoing development • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices • Recruit the best talented people accordingly with the hiring plan, managing all steps of the recruitment process • Interact with all levels of colleagues in a way that creates trust and credibility within the Company • Participate in International HR activities


Technical Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters preferred • 5-8 year’s of relevant experience in the position, in a Company or recruiting agency/headhunter. Shoes, leather goods or textile experience is a plus • Computer Proficient: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes • Fluent English, French is a plus Leadership Requirements: • Leads by personal example • Demonstrated leadership agility and managerial courage • Able to prioritize and deal effectively with multiple conflicting priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaborative within cross-functional teams and/or colleagues in LV Group • Excellent interpersonal skills & approachability, ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience (interacting with people on all hierarchical levels) • Generates ideas from others and provides mentoring to help implement them • Confidently communicates to engage and motivate others • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced changing environment • Ability to work within diverse cultures with strong conflict resolution skills • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to motivate
