The Warehouse Facility Department of the Nogarole Rocca Site is looking for a Facility Specialist, this person will be responsible for coordinating local stakeholders internal and external and ensuring that maintenance are carried out without impact to Operations.
The person will also be responsible for all documentation related to managed facilities and will report directly to the local Facility Management (FM) Lead.

- You’ll manage the execution of Facility Services contract assigned to the external partner (FM Provider), ensuring the delivery of required service levels and related legal compliance service documentation;
- You’ll be the resposible for managing tickets from local stakeholders (H&S, Operation, Third Party Logistic Partners, etc.) assigning them to the correct stakeholders and follows up on progress ensuring the timely delivery;
- You’ll monitor ordinary and corrective Maintenances performed by FM Provider;
- You’ll plan extraordinary maintenance in accordance with production needs;
- Incident & Defect Management - You’ll perform tracking resolution of events related to failures that impacted on production, then collect all relevant information to understand the causes of the failure.
- You’ll be responsible for technical documentation (floor plans, plant conformity declaration, Fire Authorization "CPI", periodic grounding system checks, etc.) ensuring the legal compliance.
- You have successfully completed technical university degree (bachelor), technician degree or comparable in the relevant area of the technical facility management and building operation
- You bring previous relevant business experience in the facility management/technical operation of similar buildings like logistic warehouses
- You have experience in the management, control and supervision of the technical facility management (TFM) service provider.
- You have high decision making and self responsible skills
- You bring high problem-solving competency, applying sustainable solutions
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (e.g. B2 or higher);
- You are able to manage effectively both with internal and external stakeholder
